• Medicare status, including whether you also have Medicaid, where you choose to tell us

We collect this to determine which plans are available where you live and which enrollment rules apply to you. You are never required to provide health information to speak with us.

2. How we use your information

• To connect you with a licensed insurance agent
• To look up the plans offered in your county and check your doctors and prescriptions against them
• To respond to your questions and provide the review you requested
• To send you communications about Medicare plan options, where you have consented

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other insurance agencies or lead buyers.

We share it only in these circumstances:

• With our own licensed agents, to provide the review you asked for
• With an insurance carrier, only when you decide to enroll and only as needed to submit that application
• Where required by law, or to comply with a legal obligation
• With service providers who operate our systems under confidentiality obligations

4. Advertising and website analytics

This website uses advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta pixel, to understand how people find us and whether our advertising works. Health and eligibility information is deliberately excluded from everything sent to advertising platforms. Whether you have Medicaid, and any condition you may mention, are never transmitted to an advertising platform, used to build an advertising audience, or attached to an advertising event.

5. Your choices

You may opt out of marketing calls, texts or emails at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by calling us and asking to be added to our internal Do Not Call list. Opting out of marketing does not affect our ability to service a policy you already hold.

6. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
